Insomnia

A word of advice: Try to resist the mid-afternoon snooze-cruise. It's a tempting idea for sure, but sleeping far past the 45 minute time frame you allotted yourself is a very realistic possibility. And you might find yourself wide awake HOURS past your bedtime, already having finished your sleepy movie, knowing you have to wake up at 6 am tomorrow! Oh the agony!
